He is a renowned business executive and public officer with over thirty years management experience. Onetime Minister of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, chairman of Bulet International (Nig) Ltd; one of the biggest indigenous construction companies in Nigeria. He is a director of Funtua Textiles Ltd and has served as President of Newspaper proprietors Association of Nigeria (NPAN).

SENATOR  MAMUD  WAZIRI, OON  - Director

Onetime national chairman of All Nigeria Peoples party (ANPP), former Senator of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. He has served as special adviser to the president of Nigeria and currently, he is a director of Broni Proni Construction Ltd and Niger Line Shipping Ltd with over thirty years Shipping and Management experience.

SAM  AMUKA, OON  -  Director

A renowned, veteran journalist with over thirty years of board and management experience. He is the chairman and publisher of Vanguard Newspapers; one of Nigeria’s oldest and widely read newspapers.  

ABUBAKAR  ISA  -  Executive Director

He is an accountant with special interest in corporate finance and Management. He has worked with Suleman & Co (Chartered Accountants) before joining the company as Executive Director. He has over twelve year’s management experience.
